Clean Water Pipework Installation, Kapsabet

Project overview

In June 2024 we installed the clean water pipework for a new building in Kapsabet town. This is first-fix plumbing: the stage where supply lines are laid out on bare walls before plastering and tiling, and where good planning saves the owner costly changes later.

We ran the hot and cold water lines in PPR pipe, securing each run to the blockwork with clips at regular intervals and bringing the outlets to the correct heights for the fixtures that will follow. The floor drain was also set in place. Every joint was fused and the system was checked for leaks so the builders could close up the walls with confidence.
